However, if 'Open NC File' tool couldn't find the latitude and longitude, the nc user can enter them in Text-Boxes. The third dimension is related to the time that if there isn't any time dimension, so 'Open NC File' tool will merge the files.

One of this tools are drought indices, however calculating this indices are not easy for users and they need a user-friendly software application to calculating them.
